148坪的幸福公路館，介紹臺灣公路的擘劃者「公路總局」的歷史。5115公里的省道，見證了臺灣社會的進步與經濟發展，隱身在背後的公路人，是幸福道路的守護者。透過幸福公路館，觀眾可閱讀這群公路人的故事，認識5115公里的歷史、汗水與榮耀！
The 148-square-meter Happiness Highway Museum introduces the history of the "General Administration of Highways", the planner of Taiwan's highways. The 5,115-kilometer provincial road has witnessed Taiwan's social progress and economic development, and the highwaymen behind it are the guardians of the road to happiness. Through the Happiness Highway Museum, the audience can read the stories of these road people and learn about the history, sweat and glory of 5115 kilometers!

透過多媒體投影、文物展示及互動裝置...等活潑的展示，幸福公路館將成為一座具公路文化深度、創新及生活的故事館。
The 148-square-meter Happiness Highway Museum introduces the history of the "General Administration of Highways", the planner of Taiwan's highways.
Through lively displays such as multimedia projections, cultural relics displays and interactive installations, the Happiness Highway Museum will become a story museum with the depth of road culture, innovation and life.
